ALUMNI SURVEY

The anthropology faculty would like to know what our alumni think about their experience with our program. We would appreciate it if you could take a moment and fill out the following survey. Let us know how you are doing and keep in touch!!

The Alumni Survey form is supplied to you in two formats: Dynamic Adobe pdf format (which allows you to fill out the form online and submit it directly) and Microsoft Word Format (which you will need to save and send as an attachement to paul.paolucci@eku.edu).

In order to fill out the dynamic pdf format, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, version 6.0 or later which you can download for free from Adobe.com. You will need Microsoft Word in order to fill out the word version.
