This site has been developed to update Martin County citizens on our water testing and water plant evaluation in Martin County, Kentucky. This project is being supported through natural resource damage settlement monies from the 2000 coal waste spill that have been earmarked to the Martin County Project team by the Environmental and Public Protection Cabinet.
