Assessment of the municipal water supply will be done in collaboration with county officials. The evaluation team will be comprised of an outside evaluator, who is an active member of the American Water Works Association and, who is a peer reviewer in their QualServe program, and who is also a plant superintendent of a NY water utility. The end objective is to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement in water quality and delivery for Martin County residents.
